WHMS FCCLA Competed in State STAR Events in Hot Springs on Wednesday, April 5th. The following students won awards: Addyson Kennedy-silver, Isabella Moltz- bronze, Emily Scarbrough- silver, Logan Guynn- silver, Virginia Smart- bronze, Allyson Rushing- bronze, and Emma Glover- bronze. White Hall Middle School also earned a State Project Award and earned Gold Chapter status.
Logan Guynn, an 8th student at White Hall Middle School, was inducted as Arkansas FCCLA's State Vice President of Public Relations on Thursday, April 6th at the Hot Springs Convention Center.
Ms. Mollie Sanford and Mrs. Lynzie Miller were awarded Arkansas FCCLA Mentor Adviser Awards on Thursday, April 6 in Hot Springs at the FCCLA Conference. The Adviser Mentor Award recognizes advisers who have been successful in achieving Master Adviser Recognition, devoting two years to new adviser assistance, assuming adult leadership roles in FCCLA, conducting adviser workshops, attending training workshops, and using national and state FCCLA resources.
