For many years, we have celebrated our graduating class with a scholarship banquet. We were unable to hold the banquet this year. However, we were able to create a virtual presentation of scholarships. We created and distributed a form to collect information on scholarships and the future plans of our graduates. The form was shared on our website, reminds, and social media as well as parent and student group me accounts.
Based on the responses she received, the class of 2020 received more that $1,000,000 in scholarships. Of the students responding, 4.3% will enlist in military service. 80.6% of responding student will attend a four year university, 6.5% plan to attend a two year college, and 5.4% plan to attend a vocational school. 3.2% of the students will enter the work force.
We are excited to see what the future holds for the Class of 2020. White Hall High School wishes you all the best.
