This summer, two Moody Elementary students had the pleasure of attending the Summer Laureate University For Youth at the campus of University of Arkansas, Little Rock. SLUFY is a two week educational summer program that provides unique learning experiences for high-ability students to explore and expand their talents and abilities.
Bryce Willis and JD Maynard had a unique opportunity to learn through hands-on experiences under the guidance of enthusiastic teachers in courses such as Crazy Contraptions, Master Minds, Inventor’s Playground, and Cosmic Explorers. Kudos to these you to these two students for this experience and we wish you the best in 2nd grade!
