This week at Gandy we enjoyed lots of fun activities for Reading Across America. We ended today with Mrs. Lovelady reading her favorite book, as a kid, to all classes during lunch. Students also dressed as their favorite book character. We want to give a special thanks to our high school students for coming to read to classes, cheer on 3rd-5th graders for testing, and for performing a skit to K-2 classes. Our students are always excited to see the high schoolers. Also, our K-2 classes got to enjoy 3rd-5th graders this week as they came to read to them in class. Last, but not least, thanks to all of the parents that came out to read. This week was so much fun with reading , reading, reading!

We are proud of our students hard work on the ATLAS Writing test this week! Great job!

Here are a few door prizes for the WHSD Health and Wellness Fair! Join us tomorrow, March 5th, between 5:30 PM and 7:30 PM at the White Hall Community Center.
