The White Hall School District Art Department is thrilled to show off our students’ amazing artwork in the 2024 WHSD Art Showcase ‘Total Eclipse of the Art’! The showcase will be Tuesday, April 16 at the White Hall Community Center from 5:00 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. 🎉🎉

This Week's FFVP snack will be cantaloupe and watermelon. Did you know that cantaloupes are mostly water (90%) and packed with antioxidants and electrolytes. These minerals balance the fluids in your body and keep it working well! That helps you stay hydrated and full of energy. Watermelon, just like the tomato, is an excellent source of the antioxidant Lycopene, which is good for your cells. We hope our students enjoy their snack!!

AAEA hosted the 2024 Women in Leadership Conference this week. The White Hall team consisted of Tammie Canada, Charity Hart, Angie Looney, Lakendra Lovelady, Debbie Jones, Jennifer Menard, and Margie Parker. White Hall native, Katie Beck was the keynote speaker. Ms. Beck, CEO of the Arkansas Hospitality Association, spoke on the importance of Perseverance, Personal responsibility, and Poise in Leadership.

✨Today is National School Librarian Day! We are blessed with six amazing librarians who are dedicated to the success of our students. Be sure to let them know how much you appreciate them! 📚❤️📚

ATTENTION 5TH GRADE FAMILIES: An informational meeting will be held tomorrow night at 6:30 PM in the White Hall Middle School Gym. This meeting is for all current 5th grade families and will include important information about White Hall Middle School. We hope you can join us!

White Hall High School will hold an Elective Fair for 8th-11th grade students and parents. The event will be held on March 28th from 5 -7 PM in the WHHS Performing Art Center. Teachers, counselors, and current students will be available to answer questions about electives and completer pathways. Bulldog merchandise will be given as door prizes, and the first 10 to enter at 5 PM and 6 PM can complete their CAPS Conference with an advisor!

🎉🎶 Congratulations, WHHS and WHMS Bands 🎶🎉 Both the White Hall High School and White Hall Middle School Bands received Superior ratings at the Region 3 Concert Assessments! This is the top rating a band can receive. The WHHS Band has also been honored with the prestigious title of Sweepstakes Band! This recognition is given to bands who secure Superior ratings in both Marching and Concert Assessments. Congratulation to our talented students and their dedicated directors! 🎉 🎶

WHMS EAST students are participating in the EAST Conference this week in Hot Springs. While at the conference, the students will showcase their 2023-24 projects. Congratulations, WHMS EAST!

Four White Hall High School students qualified for the Technology Student Association National Competition. The students qualified in two categories, Technology Bowl and Essays in Technology. Congratulations to William Donham, Addison McQueen, Vincent DeLuca, and Joshua Meachem
