Carol Taylor is Today's THV 11's Arkansan of the Day. Ms. Taylor, a teacher at Taylor Elementary, is a native of White Hall and a third generation educator. She has been teaching White Hall children for more than twenty years. Ms. Taylor is a blessing to our district and community. Congratulations on being chosen as Arkansan of the Day.
