Reese Owens, a senior at White Hall High School, has been elected to serve as the 2022-2023 FCCLA National Vice President of Community Service. Reese and nine other student leaders, representing over 200,000 members from 47 states, Washington D.C., Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico, will work serve together on the FCCLA National Executive Council. Being elected to a National FCCLA office is a tremendous honor and responsibility. Reese will be an outstanding representative of the White Hall School District and state of Arkansas.
