The deadline to submit your application is May 1, 2025.

The White Hall School District will begin accepting School Choice applications on January 1, 2025. Due to the limited number of openings in certain grade levels, applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis. Each application will be date and time-stamped as it is received. If you have more than one child applying, please fill out a separate application for each child.

We will be accepting applications online and through the mail. Applications can also be dropped at at 1020 West Holland Ave. Mail must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2025.

Option 1: Online Application

Step 1: Download the Application for School Choice Transfer Form.

1. Complete this fillable form.

2. Save the completed form to your computer. If using a mobile device, take a screen shot of the completed form and save it to your photo gallery.

   ATTN PARENTS: You will be required to upload this form at the end of the online application for School Choice Transfer. It would be beneficial to have this form filled out and ready to upload prior to January 1, when we start accepting applications.

Step 2: Submit an Online Application for School Choice Transfer

When you submit this online application it will automatically be date and time stamped. At the end of this online application there will be a section to upload your completed Application for School Choice Transfer Form. This is the form that you completed and saved during step 1.

Option 2: Mail Your Application

If you choose to mail your application, it must be postmarked no later than May 1, 2025. Please mail to:

Applications received through the mail will be dated and time-stamped when received in the office.

Option 3: Drop Off Your Application

Completed applications can be dropped off at the White Hall School District Administration Office, 1020 West Holland Ave. Our office hours are Monday-Friday from 8 AM-4 PM. Forms must be received no later than May 1, 2025.
